Square Point of Sale (formerly Register) is an Android point-of-sale app that provides all the necessary tools for businesses to accept payments and manage operations. With Square Reader for magstripe, you can easily accept debit and credit cards, while the Square Reader for contactless and chip enables acceptance of EMV chip cards and Android Pay. Funds are deposited quickly, usually within one to two business days. The Square Android POS app allows users to track sales and inventory in real-time, manage items and employees, and gain valuable insights through analytics.

There are no long-term contracts, commitments, or surprise fees associated with Square Point of Sale. It offers a range of features to support the growth of your business:

With Square Point of Sale, U.S. businesses can enjoy transparent pricing - a rate of 2.6% + 10¢ per tap, dip, or swipe, with no hidden fees. For example, if you charge $100, you will see $97.30 deposited into your bank account. Acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards all come at the same rate.
